Whispering Winds
Leaders: Trisha Malone 529-0337, Tammy McCall 529-9386. Club meetings are the third Monday of the month at the Church of Christ in Walsh.

The Whispering Winds 4-H Club was established in 2007 by Mary Alton. We have an average of 12 members per year. We Have members from cloverbuds to senior levels. Our 4-H kids do general projects to livestock projects.
When we first became a club we decided it was important for our kids to learn about how special our veterans are so we went to the Walsh American Legion Post and asked them what we could do to help them. They asked us to do some painting for them . We painted the crosses at the Walsh, Minneapolis & Mt.Carmel Cemeteries. Every year we get to help put flags out at Walsh’s cemetery for Memorial Day. We also help Thelma Forgey put flowers out at the Stonington Cemetery for Memorial Day.
In 2016, Tammy McCall & Trisha Malone became co-leaders with Mary. The Whispering Winds have monthly meeting at the Church of Christ in Walsh every third Monday of the month. Everyone is welcomed .For more information please call 719-529-9386 or 719-529-0337
